You choose how much or how little you want our support and we will customise a package for you.
To get the ball rolling, here are some of the services we offer are (but are not limited to):
- Face-to-face or phone consultation with our Wanaka Wedding and Event Planners.
- On-going phone and email correspondence through the entire planning journey.
- Recommendations of local suppliers, caterers and vendors.
- Booking of all suppliers and venue as well as on-going management and co-ordination with chosen vendors. These could include: photographer, celebrant, florist, hair stylist, make-up artist, beauty therapist, caterers, band/entertainment, transportation, stationery, hire services, accommodation.
- Coordination with your chosen venue in regards to layout, set up, and time management
- Assistance with styling/décor theme and sourcing appropriate suppliers
- A floral consultation: including concept, design and development.
- A detailed plan of florist concept including photographs and pricing.
- Planning of a pre or post wedding event.
- Set up and styling, the day before and day of your Wedding day.
- Wedding Rehearsal attendance.
- Attendance of planner on the day to oversee the event to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Collection of hire items post wedding and returned to all suppliers on your behalf.
We are passionate about creating a completely unique event each time which represents you as a couple. We will provide you with a quote once we know your requirements, and which members of our lovely team will be involved.
On approval of your quote and once the deposit has been paid, we will then work with you to create your dream day! We pride ourselves on going above and beyond to ensure your vision becomes reality, leaving it to you to enjoy the best day of your life.
